Team accounts have the following features:

• What's Included - Teams must have three or more team members. A single team website is provided, with individual backend accounts for each team member. At least one team member should be designated the team leader.
• Assistants - Access for unlicensed assistants is available at no additional charge.
• Shared Access - Back-end access to the shared team account can be granted by the team leader to any team member or assistant.
• Aggregated Listing Inventory - listings by all team members can be combined to present a single composited featured property list.
• Lead Assignment - leads can be gathered from the team website and all team members, and then reassigned back out to team members.

Teams of two (husband + wife partnership, single agent + assistant, etc) should utilize an individual account that provides a single team website and shared access to an individual backend account.
