Under certain circumstances, it is possible to have your MAX Center login expire while you are still using MAX Tech. This can happen if you stop using MAX Tech for an extended period of time, and then return and start using it again. This situation seems to occur most often with mobile devices.
What happens is this: when you return to MAX Tech after a period of inactivity, and then try to launch an app (like LeadStreet), MAX Center may pop-up and prompt you to login again. However, when you do, instead of taking you to the intended app, it leaves you on the MAX Center dashboard.
For now, the workaround is to sign out of the MAX Center window that appears (using the menu) and then go back to MAX Tech and try again. The problem should self correct.
